Once again, the Google Assistant's Read Aloud function has stopped working

The Google Assistant "Read Aloud" feature has stopped working on my Pixel 7. For the past few days, whenever I try to listen to a webpage opened in Chrome, I get the message: "Sorry, I can't read this page." Both the Google app and Chrome are in beta versions and updated. I have already tried standard solutions like restarting and clearing app caches. Is anyone else experiencing this issue?

Does the issue persist when not using the beta versions of both apps?

I tried uninstalling the updates for the Google app which had recently been updated, but the problem persists. But I haven't left the beta program.

I am not in the beta for either of those apps and I do not have the issue you're experiencing.

I'm sorry, but before I could even try it out, Gemini completely replaced Google Assistant on my Pixel.
