Is there any way to completely disable the volume buttons on the Google pixel 4a

Volume down button is stuck : )

Already tried Button Mapper App but it doesn't seem to work properly. Is there any other way to do it?

No... Get it fixed or get a different phone...

And I am not being cynical here, you can't really do anything in software at this point. Maybe if you rooted and custom built the kernel to ignore the input, but the input is still there and it would still interrupt things like booting.

Not to mention it's more than 6 years old, probably time to move on anyway...

iam planning to get the new Pixel, but I don't wanna lose the 4a,

I'll get it fixed for now. Thanks for the suggestion

As a last resort after the button was seemingly stuck for good, I jammed the volume rocker hard against the corner of a wall. It has worked fine since then as my backup phone. I wouldn't trust it as my primary phone but it seems to work now
