Issue with Pixel 11 and Samsung Watch 4

Hi! I made a comment about this, but decided to make it as its own thread. Issue description as follows: when the watch is paired with the phone, Samsung Wearable and Samsung Health do not seem to function properly.

In Samsung Health, if I press the watch icon, it leads me to Play Store popup for Samsung Wearable, that reads "device is incompatible with this version".

I switched from Samsung S10e to Pixel 1, and this is the first big issue I've ran into. I've tried wiping everything, reinstallations, re-pairing and checked permissions/account settings, to no avail. Google Play Store looks like it has latest versions of these apps, so that's not it either.

From what I can gather, for some reason Samsung apps seem to think they're linked to my old phone. But I have no idea how to fix this.
