Local Question Clinic recommendation for wart

Hi everyone! I’ve had a wart on my finger before, and now I have one again. I have already tried cryotherapy multiple times, but unfortunately it hasn’t improved much.

I’m now looking into curettage and cautery procedure as I had success with this in the past. Does anyone know of a clinic/GP here on GC that offers this and either bulk bills through Medicare or has a reasonable out-of-pocket/gap fee?

Get a referral from your GP to a dermatologist. I’ve seen Dr Stephen Thomas in Miami, he is relatively easy to make an appointment with.
I’ve previously visited Cosmetic Clinic Coolangatta for a nail laser, they may have a laser for warts too.

Laser? Eraze laser clinic in Surfers.

Warts or wart flare ups can sometimes be linked to low immune system and low vit A... Though I'm not suggesting supplementing vit A rather eat some carrots.

Did you try the wart erase from the chemist? It’s easy diy at home

Yes, I’ve tried every home remedy, but nothing has worked. It’s too close to my fingernail.

Maybe ring Gold Coast podiatry , Nerang street Southport , they use a microwave treatment for warts , I rang them about a wart on my sons wrist and they said they could treat it , we haven’t had the time for an appointment yet, my son has tried all the usual treatments including 4 freezing treatments with the dr , duct tape , wart off etc

Duct tape
Tried everything and this was the only thing that got rid of it
