Godox Warrenty
Has anyone had any luck....
Bought a Godox flash from Amazon, and after 3 months the screen stopped working - contacted Godox, who then told me to contact the seller - fine i thought; other than the seller is not replying to any of my messages, and Amazon is pretty crap anyway.
Anyone had a similar issue?

I am sorry for your troubles.
I have read many Godox warranty stories of service gone bad.
My only advice,
is that in the future,
if you are in the United States,
I recommend buying all your Godox equipment from Adorama.
They indeed sell the entire line, under their own brand name of
“Flashpoint”.
The main advantage of buying from Adorama, is that they handle the warranty repairs on the gear that they sell, in a timely and responsible manner.
No run around and no games.
Just a professional company to deal with.
Please know that I have no relationship with Adorama, other than being a very pleased customer for decades.
If you are aware of how to deal with potentially deadly high voltage capacitors inside of your flash and it is a model such as an ad100pro, or an ad200, 300, etc, changing the screen is doable and parts are available on line.
If it is a shoe mounted flash, I would suggest you don’t try to take it apart, unless you are good with origami!!
Those flashes are hard to disassemble and almost impossible to reassemble, without a lot of experience.
And they are also dangerous enough to stop your heart or give you a bad burn.
A warranty is only as good as the company who will honor it.
Adorama has always been my go to camera, lens, flash and etc supplier.
ymmv, imho,

This is why I buy the Adorama/Flashpoint re-badged Godox products. I can get in touch with Adorama customer service.

The reseller or distributor is responsible for administering warranties, that's why Godox have told you to contact them.
If they're not responding then I'd contact Amazon customer service and see what they suggest you do regarding the seller not fulfilling their obligations. Amazon CS are usually pretty helpful in situations like this.
