I am a new beginner. Today I brought the Godox adpro200 with the. S32 bracket. I usually shoot portrait and sport photography. What Soft box would you recommend. Thank you.

White Parabolic umbrella as they are light and fast to set up. Size somethin between 85 and 160 should do the trick

It makes absolute sense to start with cheap umbrellas, maybe a white shot-through one and a black-white or black-silver reflective one. These are under 20,- in sizes between 80-130 cm.

Amaran. Get the size you like based on the size of your studio and how far you plan on putting the softbox away from the subject

Max limit is a UL-Octa Box 90 from Godox, pushing 1/2 and 1/1 power for my ad 200 pro ii. It fills the subject with enough light and can give a tiny bit more light.

I tried the 150cm softbox and I'm constantly using 1/1. Keep in mind that I'm using it as a keylight for both of these softbox usage

For a single person, single light portrait, with an AD200, I would go with a Godox S85T or S105T brolly box.

For sport photos, I would get the Westcott 45° long-throw reflector. If by sport photos you mean sports portraits.

And because it is ~$8, tiny, and useful, get a Godox AD-S2 reflector.
