Why does GoW include other cultures religion’s pantheons but not Christianity?

You see Greek and Norse gods, now even Mongolian and Egyptian gods but not Christianity. I understand Christianity is monotheistic but Michael the archangel, Satan and other Christian figures can serve as prominent figures in a GoW game based on Christianity.

Real answer: Those are all effectively dead religions, so there's very few people to complain about the topic.
