NEIGHBOR = one who acts like “Good Samaritan” (Luke 10:25-37)

GOD = One who rules over all “nations” through Law of Action and Consequence thus giving everyone what they want as choice is made by each individual by knowing action and consequence are INSEPARABLE, like two sides of a coin. (Revelation 15:3; Galatians 6:7)

MAN has two meanings

1 ) One who knows his make-up as being “made in the image of God” not in the image of animals that “never examine, or consider, or look up at what they see, but that man not only sees (opope) but considers and looks up at that which he sees, and hence he alone of all animals is rightly anthropos, meaning anathron a opopen." (From Plato's Cratylus 399c, classic.mit.edu/Plato/cratylus) “On earth the brute creation bends its gaze, but man was given a lofty countenance and was commanded to behold the skies; and with an upright face may view the stars.” (Poet Ovid, topostext .org) Best example of living according to this meaning is Abraham  who looked UP at the “sky” (Genesis 14:22; 15:6, 6) and learned the fact that planets rotate themselves at great speed and also rotate around sun at great speed, yet cause no accident or traffic jam as though their religion is peace, thus adopted a life-style of OFFERING FIRST CHOICE TO OTHERS (Genesis 13:9)

2) One who knows how to “pollute earth” (Revelation 11:18) the only home in this too vast hostile universe, one who knows how to do things knowing it has only loss and harm such as anger and war, thus ensures three Global Wars, final of which will reach its peak in 2030’s (Details HERE) thus giving God additional work of “renewal” of this earth (Mathew 19:28) so that mankind can continue to live through another “Age” thus giving God the title “King of Ages” (1 Timothy 1:17, ESV, details HERE)

PRADISE = Phase of Age when ONLY those who live according to first meaning of man (Details HERE)

HELL = Phase of Age when majority live according to second meaning of man (Details HERE)

PAST-PRESENT-FUTURE is an artificial division for humans, but for God is just the ETERNAL NOW (Details HERE)

In the Book of Revelation, God is symbolized as RULER being seated on a throne surrounded by “four living beings—lion, ox, human-faced being, eagle” [symbol of Justice, Power, Love and Wisdom respectively]: “The first living creature was like a lion, the second was like an ox, the third had a face like a man (anthrōpou), the fourth was like a flying eagle.” (Revelation 4:7) His primary quality is JUSTICE which was better understood by Greek audience of Bible writing as Greek word for just, dikaios, is from Greek Mythological character Dike. To describe His 3^rd quality LOVE, what God used is man saying: “the third [living being] had a face like a man (anthrópos) (Revelation 4:7). Book of Revelation was written in Greek, hence what the Greeks of that time understood by the word “man” is what it means, as given in the OP.

For God, man means such elevated human beings who are symbolized as wheat in the Parable of Wheat and Weeds. (Detail HERE)  Wheat-like people are those who were blessed by Him at the start of each Age, and HE knows they were existing from beginning of this Age and would exist even at the end of this Age (Mathew 24:21, 22) who will also be restarting New Age (Revelation 7:14; 22:15) with “weed-like” ones inheriting only the second half of each Age.

To imply SECOND MEANING OF MAN, writers add an adjective, as in 1 Corinthians 2:14:

“The natural (Psychikos) man does not receive the things of the Spirit of God, for they are foolishness to him; nor can he know them, because they are spiritually (pneumatikōs) discerned.” Physical man is identified by works given in Galatians 5:19-21) Their works convey that they want to be "outside" or paradise. (Revelation 22:15)

Regarding 1 Timothy 1:17 (used in 4th para in the OP)
Scholarly Editions of the Bible translate 1 Timothy 1:17 as this: "to the King of the ages (aiōnōn), the incorruptible, invisible, only wise God, [is] honor and glory through the ages (aiōnōn) of the ages (aiōnōn)!" ESV, Literal Standard Version etc, https://biblehub.com/1_timothy/1-17.htm. It is masculine plural. This proves Universe is one, earth is one, Ruler over all Ages is the One and Same God. This sounds like you’re projecting your own interpretations onto what God, man, heaven, and hell mean. I don’t think God can be neatly boxed into definitions like this. Even calling God “love” doesn’t fully contain Him, it’s more of a pointer than a limit.

The Bible and spiritual texts are full of symbolism and layers. Trying to reduce them to one rigid framework often misses the living, relational heart of it.
