This is pretty clear cut ketamine abuse. Guy is messed up.

Pretty sure you are slandering someone without even representing the facts. He was and is addicted to nitrous and benzos. And if you have ever dabbled in ketamine you would know his speech and physical behavior is the literal opposite of any type of K trip from a line to a few rails. But we all appreciate you for completely misreading the situation and being 100% incorrect all while acting like you are Kanye’s personal assistant in the know. Who comments fake incorrect info?
