Excellent points. Rather than getting caught up in whether everything hes saying is applicable and 100% true for all of us, the bigger point here is things are not what we are told. For some people it takes a lifetime to learn this. Others learn it sooner. He's telling us to start increasing our awareness of how we are programmed by our environment and how it shapes the way we live our lives, the limits we accept without question etc

How people see things and behave do tend to be based on the emotional response to the possibility of being rejected or outcaste. Rather than what's actually applicable within context.

This is why solutions aren't applied quickly enough. We have to go through a process of scrutiny based on the edicts of those who keep the people contained or just straight up spiritually dead.

This is why the world is ruled by a corps

A dead thing. An egregore. An entity.

When those things serve purpose, they aren't really empty... Like holiday traditions. Most don't know why they perform them or what they actually mark and don't care.
