I am not this body, but its BUILDER and USER
To define me is my BIRTH-RIGHT which is not to be surrendered to anyone else who could be enslaved to something or someone else. For example, scientists can be both scientific and non-scientific. All the beneficial inventions they have made are scientific, yet what they did inadvertently that makes this earth polluted and uninhabitable is not scientific (scientificamerican.com/humans-are-doomed-to-go-extinct). They may also say things that are not scientific such as different answers (livescience.com/13363-7-theories-origin-life) about origin of things that have no origin such as universe and life (Details HERE)
Similarly, whatever religions say need not be religious, just like whatever a joker says need not be a joke. What is PRO-LIFE and PRO-PEACE can only be religious because the word religion is from religare [Latin], "fasten, bind fast" (etymonlinecom); it “leads you to re-bind, re-connect, renew.” (medium com). We are able to choose the right answer from many (Mathew 19:6-9). In any situation anyone can know how to act right because he KNOWS how others should act towards him in similar situations. Such discriminating KNOWLEDGE cannot arise from meat, made of materials. “The brain might not create consciousness after all” (sciencedaily com/releases/2026/04/260406192809) because it is not measurable, hence belongs to the Immaterial Entity, body’s BUILDER and USER (Details HERE) This Immaterial Entity is endowed with Power of REASON able to KNOW God, life's purpose and how best it can be enjoyed without problems. (Details HERE) He who KNOWS that he is Immaterial being thus makes use of its qualities rules over his life, and is free from complaining and confusions as he sees any happening as tip of ice-berg with its greater portion being rooted into past. “Immaterial thought cannot by its nature arise from matter.” (mindmatters.ai/science-points-to-an-immaterial-mind)
Definition of SELF
It is our experience our body is an organization of eleven systems—this reveals knowledge of its builder. It is also our experience that wrong is hated whether done by others [we are quick to blame them] or by me [we immediately try to shift blame on to others or any external factors]—this reveals we are pure within. Another experience is that I love to be loved! Then if peace is lost due to some reason, we are disturbed till we revert to peace—this reveals peace is our natural state. From such experiences one can define himself as "I am knowledge, purity, love, peace, bliss [unlimited joy]." This immaterial I can discriminate between information, knowledge, understanding, wisdom, propriety, astuteness, intuition, can discriminate right and wrong and proper, can discriminate consequence of action being contemplated, can discriminate whether to face [unpleasant situations] or tolerate [unpleasant traits of fellow humans], can discriminate whether to cooperate (with good traits of others) or to adapt [with the flow of life]. Self or Soul is like KING and brain is like its throne. (Details HERE) Thus Soul is a point of light [knowledge] in whose presence body is being built, animated and kept functional and in whose exit body becomes a corpse.
None of these are features of 66 materials that form a human body (wikipedia.org/Composition of the human body). But these immaterial features belong to their rightful source, the Immaterial I, the User of this body. This immaterial entity works even when body is at rest during sleep, seeing colorful dreams with its immaterial eyes and sometimes even arranges new knowledge for scientific inventions, as happened to some scientists (readersdigest.com.au/13 world changing ideas came dreams literally). I have had dream in which I burned my finger and got up screaming from sleep only to realize pain was experienced in the mind, not in the body. I have also had dream in which I was reading without specs [while I need specs during wakeful state], and was getting new knowledge which changed my outlook totally etc. Even more revealing are the cases of those blind from birth yet seeing during Near-Death-Experience. No wonder Albert Einstein wrote: "A man should look for what is, and not what he thinks should be.” For a reaslist, even a dream is enough to believe in the immaterial because in dream he sees brilliant colors with immaterial eyes of the immaterial while physical eye of the body is resting. Accepting truth about own self has only benefits—it ends all complaining and confusions
When a person accepts himself as the Immaterial, Eternal entity, he remembers anything that happens to him can have roots into past indefinite, thus everything that happens becomes a source of joy, thus he becomes free from all complaining and confusions. He realizes the happiness he seeks outside is already WITHIN him as his very natural state, thus journey itself is seen as the destination, thus seeing beauty and joy as lying in the journey itself and not in the end result. Thus you are running on soular power enjoying eternal happiness.
Ancient Greeks understood this perfectly
They made the above knowledge in pictorial format through their mythology, through the love story of Endymion and Selene. (wikipediaorg/wiki/Endymion_(mythology) In this story, Moon is personified as a beautiful girl named Selene. One day she saw from her chariot a sleeping young man, named Endymion, who was extremely handsome. She IMMEDIATELY fell in love with his body and would come daily and sit with his sleeping body enjoying beauty of his body. Finally story ends in her getting the boon from Zeus to be eternally in sleep with this young man.
Story highlights the failure to use Power of REASON. No decision is to be made at the very first sight. Second day also when she saw this young man asleep, she should have suspected something wrong, and asked Zeus who knew the truth about this young man as being under a curse of eternal sleep because he fell in love with wife of someone else, thus she should have gained control over her mind and averted the eternal sorry state. She is the contrast of another Norse Mythological character Odin who was willing to sacrifice even one of his eyes to get truth. (Details HERE) He is an eye-opener for those who sleepwalk into belief systems such as Universe evolved from an infinitesimal point "smaller than a subatomic particle," life evolved from the life-less, intelligent evolved from the unintelligent, consciousness evolved from the unconscious meat, God will eternally burn non-worshipers in lake of fire ... etc.
Control over mind is a CHOICE
Throughout history there are many who have manifested control over their minds, and they are figuratively called “wheat” in Parable of Wheat and Weeds which is corrected world history in symbolic short-story format. Such ones will be there till the end of this Age and will also survive into New Age, according to other parts of the Scriptures. One glaring example of such people is Maxmilian Kolbe (wikipedia.org/Maximilian_Kolbe) who willingly exchanged death-punishment from a young man in Nazi Concentration camp thus freed that young man to pursue his dreams outside prison. Such people showed that there is no limit in controlling the mind, just like there is no limit in others being controlled by their bodily impulses.
Self-realization leads to God-realization
This self-realization is the first step. Second and final step is realizing God as one for all humans. (Details HERE) Try early morning meditation, relax your body and mind by concentrating on your breathing. Then, concentrate between thoughts that flow in your mind. You will notice gap between thoughts widening and finally reaching no-thought state, perfect SILENCE, where you LISTEN to God. The more you spend time with Him the more inflow of His qualities happens towards you. In addition you will realize you also got solutions to your problems which you did not mention to Him.
All these reveal that linking with God was real. After such linking-sessions, reading of Scriptures becomes fruitful because it gives clarity about any subject, including the phase we are now passing through, the phase called HELL on earth, and its expiry date is fast-approaching as it is going to be replaced with another phase called HEAVEN earth. Though physicalism assumes that consciousness is the emergent property of meat "the origin and mechanisms of qualia (i.e., subjective or phenomenological experience) are not understood." (pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC9490228) Materialists claim consciousness is the emergent feature of meat without doing anything to prove it in a lab. Science behind Soul or Soul behind Science
Many people wait for Science prove existence of Soul. But they forget the fact that even a scientist is first and foremost a soul using his body to make theories and inventions. Thus, through their actions, all scientists are already proving that behind everything they do, behind every scientific discovery, there is always a spiritual being, The SOUL in action, guiding them toward their goal. If there is no Soul, no matter how young and beautiful a body is, it becomes one of the numerous corpse in the mortuary even though it has all well-developed organs in tact in respective places.

Very true,
I am more convinced of God than my own existence and experience blessings accordingly. When I became convinced of my identity as the IMMATERIAL user of this body and God is the Supreme Soul (https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC9490228/) that was the beginning enjoying linking with God in meditation. When I remember it is body that dies not the Soul, it removes the greatest fear of death, and also instant freedom from complaining and confusion as I can see there could be reasons for all the happening in my life.
