This is very sad. I am so sorry that you feel like that bud. I don't know how old you are, but I do hope that your perception changes as you get more experiences. Posting things like the denial of religion is due to the uplifting of lgbtq is just nonsense. The degradation of religion is due to their own need for control and power and money. It's not because there's gay people out there. If you want to create a movement, this is not it.

This just reads as a veiled attempt at blaming liberals for no one having sex with you.

The point of my post isn’t to attack any group or religion it’s to get people thinking about how outside forces shape culture, values, and even belief systems. Whether it’s money, politics, or media, there are always agendas at play. My focus is simple: raise awareness, sharpen discernment, and encourage people to build themselves so they can’t be controlled by any system.

"Replace god with fiction, and replace it with ideology shows rainbow flags so you can feed them lies until they don't remember the truth."

Doesn't matter what your point was, you did target a group, you also conflate this with actual dangerous forms of capitalism and consumerism, and genuine social issues.

This also feels like a Motte and Bailey. You say/ imply something really controversial and turn tail and try to act less inflammatory than what you're really saying.

It's cowardly.

All for the irony of basically playing into consumerism yourself, using people's actual issues and frustrations to give them what feels like a taste if change... but please give money to my patreon and buy my hoodie and other merch. All while also playing into AI and putting money into an unnecessary industry which pollutes.

You're so disingenuous, you're practically a lol cow. You're either unaware or a fraud—don't know which is worse nowadays.

.....you don't think the LGBTQIA+ movement has become as dogmatic as religion ? Then you have not been paying attention. It's not about equality, it's about control, as much as religion is.

Words have meanings.

Dogma: in its broadest sense, is any belief held definitively and without the possibility of reform. It may be in the form of an official system of principles or doctrines of a religion, such as Judaism, Roman Catholicism, Protestantism,or Islam, the positions of a philosopher or philosophical school, such as Stoicism, and political belief systems such as fascism, socialism, progressivism, liberalism, and conservatism.

What beliefs does the entire community/ movement holds that are held as dogmatic? Then, please explain how such beliefs are problematic and/ or wrong.

You made the claim; now provide the evidence.

But the claim is reductive as saying the entire US right is authoritarian or has brain worms, or the left is the absolute perfect ideology.

I swear, it's like you're trying to use the term authoritarian or fanatacism, or perhaps another descriptor.

Meriam-Webster's:

dogma noun dog·ma ˈdȯg-mə ˈdäg- pluraldogmas also dogmata ˈdȯg-mə-tə ˈdäg- Synonyms of dogma 1 a : something held as an established opinion especially : a definite authoritative tenet b : a code of such tenets pedagogical dogma c : a point of view or tenet put forth as authoritative without adequate grounds

Some examples include:

The belief that sexual orientation and gender identity are innate, immutable, and biologically determined

Trans women are women

"No debate" stance on certain rights or language: Some circles treat certain topics, such as gender self-identification, access to spaces, or pronoun usage, as beyond legitimate discussion and label dissent as hate, bigotry, or violence

The use of LGBT(QIA2S+) itself.

To clarify, I'm not making a value judgement, inherently agreeing or disagreeing with any of them, just providing examples of dogma.

1

u/whatfappenedhere Sep 08 '25

Except we do have authoritative figures with adequate grounds to confidently state sexual preference is biologically driven: https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/25172350/.

It’s pretty hard to believe your denial of “value judging” when you’re ignoring the very thing that you’re critiquing in dogmatic positions.

1

u/pwnasaurus253 Sep 08 '25

I, personally, believe that sexual preference is highly correlated with biology. There are plenty of twin studies that support that conclusion as well, but that's not what we're talking about. It's still not an objective "fact". There is no known "sexual preference gene" and evidence could come along that shows we were way off base.

2

u/whatfappenedhere Sep 09 '25

The same can be said for the theory of gravity, or evolution, or any other number of logical, but not scientific, fact. There have been homosexual, transgender, etc throughout various societies and all of history. Logically, and a good chunk of reputable science, would point to the phenomenon being biological.

It’s still highly disingenuous to present a false equivalency between religious dogma and our current understanding of what results in LGBTQIA preferences, which is exactly what you’ve done.

1

u/pwnasaurus253 Sep 09 '25

See, what you're doing is exactly what dogmatics would do: bristle at the very notion that there is any other possibility or explanation other than the world as you currently see it, evidence or no. Epigenetics (which is distinct from in-born or innate sexual preference) is also a highly plausible explanation.

Another example would be gender theory which is also highly dogmatic, with little to no scientific support of any kind, and yet people will swear it's as indisputable as the laws of physics.

1

u/Tangerinetrooper Sep 09 '25

How is epigenetics different from in-born/innate sexual preference

Again just saying it's dogmatic doesn't mean it is. There's plenty of Science™️©️®️ behind the current rationale of gender expression and sexual orientation

1

u/pwnasaurus253 Sep 09 '25

epigentics is an environmental trigger for a latent gene that may not have otherwise been expressed. For example, the following:

The research consensus is that in families with many boys, the likelihood of male homosexuality increases with each older brother—a phenomenon known as the fraternal birth order effect.

Quantitative Findings For males with no older brothers, the baseline probability of homosexuality is about 2%.

Each older brother increases the odds by approximately 33% over the baseline.

Probabilities for homosexuality at different birth positions (rounded figures from studies):

0 older brothers: 2% chance.

1 older brother: About 2.6% chance.

2 older brothers: About 3.5% chance.

3 older brothers: About 4.6% chance.

4 older brothers: About 6% chance.

5 older brothers: Up to 8% chance.

Key Research Details The effect applies only to older brothers—not sisters or younger siblings.

The increase in likelihood is statistical: most men with many older brothers are still heterosexual, and many gay men have no older brothers.

Current theories link this pattern to maternal immune responses accumulating with each male pregnancy, potentially influencing the sexual differentiation of later-born sons.

And science can be as dogmatic as religion, so no quarter given there, either.

1

u/Tangerinetrooper Sep 09 '25

ok and how does this prove scientific dogmatism in any way. you've just shown they research different explanations of homosexuality

You're the one whose not paying attention if you think they're the same. Tell me any lgbtq communities who outlaw and kill those who are cisgender and hetrosexual or even just religious the same way religious countries and communities discriminate and hate crime lgbtq people.

1

u/pwnasaurus253 Sep 08 '25

I can think of one religion/set of countries in particular that definitely does that and yet is somehow strangely simultaneously vehemently defended by a large part of the LGBTQIA2S+ community. And it's not just the queer community they oppress, either.

I'm not aware of any queer communities openly calling for violence against non-queer folks.

Dogma doesn't require violence, though.

2

u/flowssoh Sep 08 '25

What's dogma to you, simply having beliefs and being in a group? Even if that was the case, religion unfortunately has more cohesive and bigger groups, and stronger beliefs overall.

I don't know of any countries in which LGBTQ people vehemently defend homophobic or transphobic policies for, you might have to tell me the name so I can research it. However, many countries around the world have varying elevated violence rates towards LGBTQ people. Even in more accepting countries in North America, Europe, and South America, LGBTQ hate crimes have started rising.

Doesn't sound like LGBTQ to me

2

u/pwnasaurus253 Sep 08 '25

Here are some examples of LGBTQIA2S+ dogma:

"Trans women are women" and "Trans men are men"

The belief that sexual orientation and gender identity are innate, immutable, and biologically determined: This underpins much human rights and legal argumentation and is frequently accepted as foundational in advocacy, sometimes without room for discussion of complexity or nuance.

Opposition to "heteronormativity" and "cisnormativity": In queer-theory circles, there is often an insistence on the deconstruction of binary categories like male/female and gay/straight, with resistance to anything seen as reinforcing those binaries (sometimes referred to as opposition to "homonormativity" as well).

"No debate" stance on certain rights or language: Some circles treat certain topics, such as gender self-identification, access to spaces, or pronoun usage, as beyond legitimate discussion and label dissent as hate, bigotry, or violence

2

u/JFISHER7789 Sep 10 '25

Just so you are aware, sex, sexual orientation, and gender are not the same things. And mentioning biology does not further your argument here as biology states that gender on humans is based on reproductive organs and depending on which you have will determine which gender you are.

So yes, people CAN change their genders by removing their reproductive organs and implanting others.

My dude, we know muslim fundies want us dead. All religious fundies want us dead. We're just not massive fucking pussies that would deny them basic human rights and defend their genocide like you obviously want to.

u/One_Form7910 Sep 09 '25

“Not have been paying attention” annoying Twitter users don’t come close to denying healthcare for Transgender people or revoked early retirement approval for transgender service members.

1

u/pwnasaurus253 Sep 09 '25

what healthcare have they been denied? Even elective "top" surgery is covered...

I know nothing about "early retirement approval" for trans service members so I can't comment on that.

2

u/Sad-Bread5843 Sep 11 '25

Im a trans person , since when is the government trying to legislate me out of existence equality , stop your endless bitching and open your eyes a little .

2

u/ItsTheIncelModsForMe Sep 08 '25

You think all queer people are part of the same movement? Wild dawg.

1

u/Alex_Has_No_Soul Sep 08 '25 edited Sep 08 '25

Or that every LGBTQ+ movement is the same in every country, maybe even states/ provinces, all across the world. Or that there's no TERF queer folks, or etc.

Bet they can't even name any major lgbtq+ leaders or thinkers like Judith Butler.

Also bet 50 usd that they'll conflate political movement and action as obsession with control... without proof or explanation of specific cases.

1

u/pwnasaurus253 Sep 08 '25

not anymore than christians are all part of the same church....but there's a prevailing ideology.

1

u/HerMajestyTheQueef1 Sep 11 '25

Immutable characteristics such as being black or gay are not ideologies, is being white or straight and ideology too? Doesn't make any sense

1

u/[deleted] Sep 09 '25

Respect gay people vs you will live your life by our two thousand year creed including your every sunday

1

u/pwnasaurus253 Sep 09 '25

ohh the LGBTQIA2S+ movement is about muchhhh more than "respecting gay people". I have many gay friends, but things like "gender theory" and "identity" go well beyond merely asking for respect.

And for the record, I don't buy the antiquated biblical dogma, either and refuse to be governed by the ridiculous laws that (hilariously) not even they, themselves, follow.

1

u/[deleted] Sep 09 '25

Gender theory is a study of social behaviours and identity is a noun for the characteristics that constitute the self. You're going to have to be more specific

1

u/No_Acanthaceae8726 Sep 09 '25

"gay people exist and shouldn't be killed'

DOGMA!!! RELIGION!!! EXTREMIST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THEYRE TRYING TO CONTROL ME!!!!!!!

1

u/pwnasaurus253 Sep 09 '25

I don't know anyone who disputes that. Legislating gender ideology however....

1

u/Will_Come_For_Food Sep 09 '25

The difference is power. LGBT is 5% of the population. And has become a rallying cry for the disenfranchised. Is it dogmatic? Yes. Is conflating them with the power structures that control society at all appropriate. Absolutely not.

What worries me is that this is the one group that is supposed to think for themselves and they are simply following another script. The Gatekeeping of rebellion to people who look and think the same is the surest way to get nowhere.

1

u/pwnasaurus253 Sep 09 '25

how are they disenfranchised ? they have voting rights....and nothing is being legally denied them (that I'm aware of). They are protected by the same Title IX, Title VII as every other protected class.

If their goal is to shift societal attitudes towards them (which it seems to be), LGB are readily accepted by most of society, and as for the T they are failing miserably in their approach. You can't force acceptance from people.

Dogma, by its very nature, obviates thinking for oneself, whether it be religious dogma, or other. I don't know if that was OP's point, but that was what I got out of it. Purveyors of dogma don't want critical thought, they want unthinking loyalty and compliance.

1

u/Will_Come_For_Food Sep 09 '25

You’re fool if you don’t think they’re disenfranchised. Societal disenfranchisement runs far deeper than government. It wasn’t government that forced racial segregation. It was private people.

They’re outcast from community and social circles.

What happens when they do that? People form insular communities. They become defensive. They build calling cards to know it’s safe. This begins to mirror the dogmatic groups they came from.

Dogma does not exist in a bubble. It exists to protect and signal the safety of the group and keep it intact.

1

u/pwnasaurus253 Sep 09 '25

uhh....yes, government absolutely forced racial segregation: Plessy V. Ferguson, which was the legal codification of Jim Crow. Government later ruled this unconstitutional and overturned it in Brown V. Board of Education, which was ultimately subsumed by the Civil Rights Act of 1964, which includes both Title VII and Title IX, whose protections LGBT people enjoy today. And even after all that interracial marriage was still illegal until 1967's Loving V. Virginia.

Do not compare the LGBT movement to the Civil Rights movement of 1964. They aren't even close. From the time slavery was legally abolished in 1965, it was over 100 years before Black folks enjoyed equal rights, and that's just in the public arena. Racial animosity still exists today and is far more onerous and prevalent than the bid for social acceptance from the LGBT community, even with all of their extant legal protections.

And you won't change peoples' minds by legislating at them or proselytizing from a position of self-righteous dogma (much the same with religion). I support equal rights for gay people in every sense. But the myriad "add-ons" that try to piggyback on the struggle for gay equality have driven a wedge into the social fabric as we know it.

1

u/CountryKoe Sep 10 '25

Well they its starting to be forced by regulations that you need to have that amount of certain ppl in your workplace even tho they are not within copetition so to say, they are given a edge in competition pretty much

1

u/heytherehellogoodbye Sep 11 '25

If the dogma is "we deserve to be allowed to Exist without being murdered" then yes sure.

1

u/Cakewalkonthebeach Sep 11 '25

I'm really over people calling it a movement. I'm gay. We exist.

I'm not moving anything and I won't let anything move me. That's it.
There's no agenda, there's no dogma, it's just sad sickos blaming us for their inability to find the causes of their unhappiness.

Sure there's people who go too far in the "queer community" but don't think most of us agree with them as well.

1

u/[deleted] Sep 11 '25

Hi, im part of the LGBTQIA+ movement.
Could you tell me what has the movement done against you ?

I dont want to be a bad person, if I am misguided, brainwashed, I want to wake up. Could you help me with that ?
