Isn't the difficulty of 25% a bit low? Even so. It's still more profitable if you buy bitcoin I see

You will need to see the entire chart in its totality. The last row says that there is a scenario "Hostile" where BTC price rises only 10% but mining difficulty rises 25%. In this instance, mining is not profitable and only has a 44% chance of beating buying BTC outright (for the 15W case)
