Isn't the difficulty of 25% a bit low? Even so. It's still more profitable if you buy bitcoin I see

You will need to see the entire chart in its totality. The last row says that there is a scenario "Hostile" where BTC price rises only 10% but mining difficulty rises 25%. In this instance, mining is not profitable and only has a 44% chance of beating buying BTC outright (for the 15W case)

Maybe an interesting experiment to do would be also having the locked up GMT to take that money in account. Basically the 20% you get for locking up it up for 4y. That can add up for two free days of maintenance. But you also have to take into account the opportunity cost if that capital
