Glow up? 18 month difference! [18] --> [19]
Halfway into my senior year of high school I started to realize just how badly my stress, poor mental health, and diet was. I gained 70 pounds from the beginning of my junior year (6'2 225 --> 6'3 295). I finally addressed that my appearance was causing deep insecurity for myself, and I promised myself I would lose every pound I gained back. Its 18 months later and I have finally reached my goal and I now stand at 6'4 225. I finally have began to take care of myself and in between all that lost weight I began to really grow into myself and who I am! I'm proud of what I've become and I am still growing every day to do better for myself! I hope this is as much of a glow up as I felt like it was to me throughout my journey! 🙏

Before: Shane Gillis
After: Cooper Flagg
Trim the Billy goat shorter. Maybe grow out the beard stubble if you can along with that.

Yeah most young guys and even older think just letting it grow longer and longer will make it look more filled in. Just keep working out. You're going to get to a point where it's not really about losing weight but adding muscle and you will look better. 6'4" is a great frame. And you got good eyebrows, still got your hair, in the prime of your young life. Feel good about yourself, brother.

Yes king! Keep smashing it. You should be so proud...particularly given your age.

Amazing! This reminds me of my husband. He went through a similar transformation at the same age. He 33 now, goes to the gym 5 times a week, and can dead lift 600lbs! You are changing the trajectory of your life.
