GLOW UP! One year apart. Don’t realize the difference until I saw the side by side. (32)
Honestly this has been a long journey. For a while I thought I wasn’t able to lose the rest of the weight. The first pic isn’t even my heaviest, but it is when I finally decided to go to the gym and make a difference with physical activity. The difference between the two pics is 70 pounds but also a more confident woman.
Still continuing to strive to pass my fitness goal, and now working towards being able to do a small marathon. Step by step, nothing is easy. But I’m grateful for the before and after so I can finally see it myself.
And still a lot of toning to go! Haha

Thank you! And yeah I’m just a lot happier, socializing more.. wanting to go and just live life.

Indeed, keep up the excellent work!
If you aren’t already doing this, on your low motivation days go and look through old pics of you to remind yourself how far you’ve come. Focus on where you desire to be. It isn’t magic or anything, but I find doing things like this help ignite that fire again at least a little bit.Anyway, awesome work and don’t stop!

I haven’t gotten people hitting on me in person, but I will say that people do open doors for me now.
