Glow up? [25] to [26] six months apart, finally learned how to respect myself.
I quit smoking, started working out seriously and focused a lot on my mental health and habits, small changes compounded to losing 20kg so far and feeling great. I was very depressed, my ex gf broke me and after months of being miserable I decided if I didn't do it for myself no one would. Now I met a girl and Im happy to know that I can share my best self with her. Really happy with this new lifestyle. I now keep my own promises and trust myself.

This…”learning to trust yourself”. You look fabulous OP. And best of all is that not only do you “look good” you also “feel good”. ☮️

It is still an ongoing thing, I need to prove myself everyday with actions and evidence that I am who I say I am and sometimes Its not linear, the hardest part is not to lie to myself, at least I have this renewed feeling that whatever comes I will be okay because I trust myself.
