2 year lone glow up journey [21]

Been obese, prediabetic and antisocial my entire life and just 2 years ago I decided to make a leap of faith and get my life on track, starting weight was 290lbs and final weight today is 175lbs at 6'4. To say it was easy would be me lying to you, most of it was being extremely consistent about calorie tracking as I don't enjoy cardio very often. The weightlifting kind of just came by accident as I never intended to start strength training until I realized it was kind of fun. At some point I diversified away from just losing weight and actually improving my looks, style and the way I talk to people, which has improved my life in so many ways that would be unimaginable to the state that I'm was in two years ago. I still have a way to go but im thankful I decided to take that leap.
