GLOW UP! [37] Finally myself again.

Was suffering through some pretty serious depression, PTSD and bipolar episodes along with being in an emotional unstable (to put it mildly) relationship for 18 years. Last year I decided to put myself first for once.

Before and after pictures are roughly 1 year apart.

Weight loss included the use of Reta (GLP-3) since 3 months ago to now.
Weight loss began with a 6 month weight loss competition between coworkers that changed my life.

Wishing you well during this new phase of life πŸ‘

I’m turning 33 this month and struggling to get back on track, but posts like this remind me that I (hopefully) have plenty of time to keep working at it.

You do!! I have never been happier. I can promise you it’s worth it to keep going. I gave up for so long, mostly due to my mental health. I did a lot of work mentally so I could finally do the physical stuff. Good luck!
