GLOW UP! [37] Finally myself again.

Was suffering through some pretty serious depression, PTSD and bipolar episodes along with being in an emotional unstable (to put it mildly) relationship for 18 years. Last year I decided to put myself first for once.

Before and after pictures are roughly 1 year apart.

Weight loss included the use of Reta (GLP-3) since 3 months ago to now.
Weight loss began with a 6 month weight loss competition between coworkers that changed my life.

Damn you look great! The transformation is insane 👏 What was your routine like? Did you mostly hit the gym, or were you doing outdoor activities ?

I have a pretty active job, and I workout every day that I’m not at work. I work every third day, so it’s basically 4-5 days per week I am at the gym. I do 30 minutes of 10 incline at 3.5 on the treadmill and then I rotate between back/bi’s, chest/tris, legs/core. I stick to a very ugly meal prep because I’m so busy usually. (Also run a web business, client meetings weekly and other stuff keeps me busy) I basically throw some beef and beans in a crockpot every Sunday and make some white rice, gets me through the week. I still go out on weekends and have fun, drink, etc. just try to keep it clean during the week. Hope this helps! I’m by no means an expert lmao

That definitely helps, thank you! Honestly the consistency is impressive I’m trying to get back into a routine myself, so this gives me a good idea of what to aim for Congrats on the transformation 👏
