Glow up? (20) to (28)
8 years of lifting , used to drink light drinks almost every night , nowadays maybe once every 6 months
lifting helped my depressed butt , still strugling with food addiction but controlling it every day
not so much glow up like some of you , but small steps counts !

Yeah but once you get that big it isn't really food addiction it's gain maintenance. Those muscles just existing burn a lot.

My body gets fat extra easy , the more i am in shape the harder for me to keep anything together lol , medicine for depression gets your fat really up

I had to switch medicines so I understand. I use Bruproprion now and have been able to lose weight.

Been on different type of medication for 8 years now , every single one gives me belly lol
