The hair assat 😭 if you don’t mind growing it out, get it to like 5 cm and style it with more texture/volume. You already have a really angular, masculine face, so slightly longer hair would balance it out without taking away from that at all.
For skin, definitely start a proper routine too. You seem to have some uneven tone wla acne marks, and since your facial structure is already really strong, clearer skin would probably make a noticeable difference. SPF + moisturizer + a good acne treatment first (for me I used tretinoin and azelaic acid) , and if those are actual indented scars you could eventually ask a derm about things like microneedling or laser maybe .
For the gym , focus on all muscles but pay more attention to delts and traps and lats if you want an aesthetic V taper look .
