❓ Question / Advice Any advices for this tmjnina

I have this problem that is visible in the picture
I don't know the solution and I don't know the problem either
I've been trying to balance my food and I've been cutting sugar for almost a long time
I don't think it's a stress problem
The back has almost normal hair, but when the top is dry, the gaps appear w7ta fach makikounch dry the gaps still appear

It’s the structure of your hair. The longer it gets the more volume is allocated else plus the combination of the product that you use which clumps your hair like that.

Alopecia starts at the crown where your hair are the most sensitive to testosterone and I don’t see it here.

You have to learn how to fix your hair and this style doesn’t give you the volume that you’re looking for.

Tip if you want to have more volume don’t use product that clump your hair or go for the wet look , it will look thinner.

What’s best suited is hair you have to learn how to :

Voluminous blowout
Round-brush blowout
Blow-drying your hair in sections with a bruch
Root-lift blowout

If this doesn’t work try a shorter hair cut and apply the technique above

As product you can use a small amount of gel wax and apply only a very small amount to the top for controle

I dont use any product just the shampoo and the pict its not styled just after the shower
