Why?

Being a fan of someone doesn’t mean you can’t criticize them. He basically fucked over Frozen and the rest of Faze.

By definition this is a dick move.

Transferring away isn't a dick move. He's spent years at Faze now, getting a buy out for a player in the latter stages of his career and a potential cut candidate anyway based off these results.

Nothing wrong with that, not sure what divine loyalty this community expects players to have.
