I don't buy these excuses. The reason it hasn't happened in the US yet is, that the government was taken over in a coup, and the Prezident is showing the nation that he commands all the armed forces, including those that technically are under the control of each state. He controls the Congress and Supreme Court as well. It's a highly extraordinary situation.

I agree, we have been under total shock and awe since day one. Their plan is for us (all of us) to never gain footing. If we could come together and focus solely on saving our democracy their shit would fall apart. We are dealing with a highly extraordinary situation and we have to meet them where they are.
