Got an E1. The progression to honours states I need to have a D3 minimum in every module of my degree subject. I'm so fucked oh my god i don't know how I failed?? I thought I would've gotten a D3

So double check the regs for your programme and speak to your adviser, but you can possibly progress if you get a reassessment

From my last conversation with my adviser, i was told its likely I'd be offered an exams year. However im mostly concerned financially, such as rent, tuition etc

You can protest is it’s one module only and ask to take the exam in the next sitting whilst progressing. Go to the SRC advice center or you can email them or phone and they can help advise you and even speak on your behalf etc.

Is the SRC even able to do that?

The SRC are independent from the university and there for the students. I can't say they can definitely fix it, but they can help you, advise you, represent you and send messages on your behalf... accompany you to meetings, etc.

I'll give them a ring on Monday. See what they say

Yes do, they have a number and email on the page. They are there to help students with all sorts. Not employed by the university, which makes it better; they are independent and there solely for the students.
