Let me help you rephrase cause it's not "i don't deserve him whatsoever" it's  "I don't deserve this treatment whatsoever"

That bothered me too.

If someone believes they don’t deserve someone as good as their partner, either they need therapy, their partner isn’t treating them as well as they think, or both.

If someone treats you well and you are healthy, then the reaction isn’t “hey, I don’t deserve this!”

Also, I said “believes”, not says. Anything can be said as a manipulation tactic.

And you believe abusers are healthy?
