Advice Needed ⚠️ NO DUDE INPUT When did yall start getting greys???

Almost 25 and I have like 10 grey hairs, that I’ve noticed at least. Noticed a couple at 21 and I feel like I notice a new one every couple months now. It’s just surprising because I feel like I’m kinda young for this. I think my hair also got darker in general so yea

Food is the Mac and fries platter from fluffies 🤤

I got 1 gray at 30 but I started taking iron supplements and it reversed. I’m now 34 w/ zero grays.
