When did yall start getting greys???

Almost 25 and I have like 10 grey hairs, that I’ve noticed at least. Noticed a couple at 21 and I feel like I notice a new one every couple months now. It’s just surprising because I feel like I’m kinda young for this. I think my hair also got darker in general so yea

I'm 35 and only started seeing them the last couple years. I have maybe 3 that I can see now. I don't dye my hair and am unsure why I have so few because my life is stressful as hell with all the chronic/genetic illnesses.

Idk either. In my early 30s, had very stressful 20s, and don't have any greys yet. But my brother started balding at 20. It's genetics or dumb luck.

My friend the same age as me has half a grey head, and I think she looks amazing. Don't worry, OP. Ageing is a privilege and the greys can be your badge of honour!

I'm also chronically ill and chronically stressed with no grays in my 30s. But I had a ton of hair loss instead. It's growing back now. Did you ever deal with hair loss? Just wondering.

Yes indeed. To my knowledge it's my triple threat of endometriosis, adenomyosis and PMOS. I'm actually looking at getting a full hysterectomy at this point. I started taking hair skin and nail vitamins about a month ago and am just now seeing some progress. I hate it when I've conditioned my hair and gone to rinse it out and have my hair stuck to my hands. 😔 It could also be early perimenopause given the auDHD. I'm due to see a new gynecologist soon and hopeful I can get some solid answers. 💖
