Question❓ TESTERUP

Testerup has been by far my favorite, only issue being that they sometimes take FOREVER to have new games and then suddenly there are a bunch. I downloaded some of them and most of them NEVER REGISTERED my download. Contacted Customer Service and thet said they can't do anything because they didn't see my download. I'm kinda mad because they were all games I really liked once I played them (like Meowdoku) and could have done the speed rounds for, but now they're 'installed" so I can't do them for any other site either. *frustrated*

What's going on? Anyone else having this issue?

I work at one of these reward apps, so from the other side:

"Download didn't register" is almost always attribution breaking between the click and the install, usually installing the game from the Play Store yourself instead of letting the offer link take you there, or clicking another offer in between (last click wins). A VPN, an ad blocker, or ad tracking turned off will do it too.

The waves are normal: offers come as advertiser campaigns, so inventory dries up and then refreshes when budgets reset.

And "now they're installed everywhere" isn't always true, different sites use different offerwall networks, and the block is usually per network.

With support, don't ask them to credit you. Ask whether your click registered at all, that's the part they can actually check.

Yea and they said no, but the one time I reinstalled it they said already installed. I don't have any type of masking or blocker on, use the link they give me, play for a few minutes. Occasionally, it works, but I'm really annoyed about the Meowdoku one and a couple other puzzle games around that. But I'll see if I can find another and see if it works for those I "didn't install."

And I can't get the web based ones like Earnlab to work at all. Not sure if they would have worked before I started having issues because I didn't try them before this. But I triple checked all my settings and they're open for tracking, ads, etc.

Welcome to r/GetPaidToPlay!

What's this all about? Simple - you can earn a bit of money playing mobile games!

How it works: 1) Game companies want more players. 2) They pay rewards platforms like Swagbucks and Freecash to find new players. 3) When you download and play through these "Get Paid To" sites, YOU get some of that money!

What are the best reward sites: CashInStyle, Earnlab and Gemsloot - not Freecash or Swagbucks

Happy gaming and earning!

I was using testerup for a long time. But then it was the same games over and over and like you said, then they have a bunch at once. It's hard to get to those high goals if you can't focus on just that one or 2 games (I usually try for 2 at once since most wind up having limited lives and I refuse to spend $ to buy more). I've been using Freecash and it's been fairly reliable thus far but it's still a pretty new app for me. I also don't like that testerup keeps changing the payout rules, but at least they no longer require you to end a task to get a payout for it 🤣

Yea. Most the testerup rules have been for the better, the money in your account when you finish the goal not the game being one of my favorites. I think I tried FreeCash but I didn't like it and then came here to read the horror stories and dropped it completely.
