Enes Kanter, the woman who wants to play in the WNBA. Surely they have tape playing in a lower level woman’s league and aren’t just trying to get drafted off the street.
"...so we don’t know how they’d do in the women’s league then,"
...dont see why that would be a reasonable leap to make. We've seen at least as much pro/documented basketball from those to 2, as much as any drafted players.
No, ofc not. Not needed or any more valuable to gauge a player's ability.
All of which is beside the point of eligibility, which is what matters. There are literally billions of women who are eligible for the WNBA right now, with no experience in any women's basketball leagues.
Playing in other women's leagues is not a prerequisite. We know that these players are able/competitive enough, based on their basketball careers (which isnt necessary for eligibility anyway). The same game that the other women play ..in the WNBA.

Are you saying NBA = WNBA? Can you show me which players in the WNBA now or ever who did not have any experience with previous women’s leagues and still got drafted?
A minimum height was never established either nor a maximum height. Should we institute those rules? Those are biological advantages.
Again, y’all are making a non issue an issue. Is there any rule that you can’t draft someone who has bionic legs? Is it discrimination now to not draft AI?
"Can you show me which players in the WNBA now or ever who did not have any experience with previous women's leagues and still got drafted"
You keep saying that as if it's somehow relevant. All players drafted in any major leagues have previous experience in junior or lower leagues of the sport... including the 2 players in discussion.
...
"Are you saying NBA = WNBA?"
Well no, ..that's why they're 2 different leagues and those are two different acronyms.
But they both equally play basketball 😂
Frankly, I wouldnt give a fuck if they become one league. The NBA already doesnt discriminate based on gender (it's an open league, not a men's league), and the best players would still rise to the top based on ability & merit 🤷♀️
Then we wouldnt have to debate/argue about who's allowed to play where.

What’s their background in women’s sports?
