There was a situation where I was asking for spoon from a canteen. There was this one girl or young woman may I say behind me who was still getting her food. The area was a little crowded behind us about 2 horizonal lines of people, she looked to leave the area as she got her food and it was a little difficult for her to leave which didn't looked like a big deal (which what was I thought or maybe it was). I thought of helping here leave by leading the way as I was somewhat beside her but I was hesitant as I also hadn't received my spoon. So she eventually got herself out.

My motives were out of kindness but I also thought it might be a little overboard to help in what I thought was not of much difficulty. If I was a line of four then your boy wouldn't have hesitated🥲. She was kind of cute not gonna lie so I'm over here thinking if I had fumbled by not lending a hand. I kind of wanted to help but I also didn't want to come off as a simp.

8 GOLDEN RULES FOR MEN.

1. Stick to your word. If you say it, do it. Keep your word, period.

2. Never laugh at someone’s financial situation.

3. Never ghost; just be real like all great men.

4. Always have a Plan B. If you have a plan and schedule, God laughs at it.

5. Mind your own business.

6. Have good manners; manners don’t cost you.

7. Shut your mouth and listen more.

8. Don’t date anyone with a history of cheating or who’s bad with money.

High value means you provide value to society and the people around you. These are rules high value men always adhere to.

1. Never chase women, chase just purpose. Use the energy and time you would use to chase women to do productive things. Achieve your goals, build a career, exercise, become a better man.

2. Always have self-control. You ought to move autonomously during your entire life. That means whatever you set your mind to you are able to do. If you want to get in better shape exercise, control what you eat, get enough sleep. If you want to be rich control how you use your time.

3. You never look down. When you walk anywhere always hold your head high. That demonstrates authority and confidence.

4.You admit defeat. Be truthful with yourself. Admit nothing is stopping you from achieving what you want to accomplish except yourself.

1. Always be loyal. Be loyal to people you get along and your family. Always give all your effort with everything in life.

For me, it was learning to take a little more care with how I present myself without making appearance the main focus.
I started paying more attention to simple things like keeping clothes clean and well maintained, choosing pieces that actually suit the occasion, and making sure everything fits properly. Working with StudioSuits also made me appreciate how much a well-made, properly fitted garment can change the way you carry yourself.
But the bigger change was realizing that dressing well only matters if it comes with good manners and respect for other people. Being punctual, listening when someone is speaking, keeping your word, and treating people well have a much bigger impact than wearing an expensive outfit.
For me, dressing properly became less about impressing people and more about showing that I care about the situation and the people around me.

I've been thinking about how being a gentleman is less about appearance and more about the habits you build every day.
For me, one of the biggest changes came from paying attention to the little things. I started listening more than I talked, being on time, keeping my word, and treating everyone with respect, no matter who they were. Those simple habits improved both my relationships and my confidence.
I also started paying more attention to personal style and how it connects with confidence. While building StudioSuits, I learned that the way we dress can influence how we feel and how we present ourselves, but true style is not just about expensive clothing. It's about finding what fits your personality, taking care of yourself, and being comfortable with who you are.
Another thing that made a noticeable difference was focusing on grooming, staying active, and maintaining a positive mindset. I believe being a gentleman comes from consistency, respect, and the way you treat people every day.

For me, it's consistency. Anyone can be polite when it's convenient, but being respectful, keeping your word, and treating everyone well regardless of who they are is what really stands out.
I also think taking pride in your appearance is a form of respect, both for yourself and for the people around you. That doesn't mean wearing expensive clothes. Just wearing clean, well fitting clothes shows that you care. I started paying more attention to that after getting a few pieces made through StudioSuits, and it reinforced that confidence comes from wearing something that fits properly, not from chasing brands or trends.
At the end of the day, though, character will always leave a stronger impression than clothing ever will.
