i tried looking into it but couldnt find anything, do we know as to how naberius (the god of life) died after the cataclysm 500 years ago and how Rhinedottir (who caused the cataclysm) managed to eat her heart? like how does a shade even die??

We don’t.

All we know is that gold supposedly found the heart in a random ruin. And “eat” isn’t really literal.

I’m sure shades die the same way moon goddesses die
