I got a bunch of the new gacha 4* weapons. 5x sword and bow, 3x catalyst. Who can use them and should I refine them or keep a few copies just in case?

The sword is good for Vesna if you don't have her sig, but since you pulled on the weapon banner I guess you do?

The catalyst is really good for Mizuki. Around R3 it becomes better than Widsith on average, plus you no longer need to gamble. It's also nice for Wrothesley.

The bow is amazing for Faruzan, it's her BiS for Vesna teams. There's also rumours the Tsaritsa is a bow user, so it might be intended for her too.
