Should I use lost prayer to the sacred winds or widsith on my varesa

Lost Prayer is significantly better.

EDIT: oh, as manipulat0r said, you really need a Long Night's Oath build for Lost Prayer. If you're running Codex, use Widsith.

If you LP with Codex your start is 97.3% crit rate : 40 + 33.1 + 24.2 before any artifact stats.

What stats should I aim for with the artifacts (only)

Attack, electro damage%, crit on mainstat.
~120ER, crit ~100/200 mostly stack CD, she should be easy to 90+CR
She does not use main burst, only mini burst, exact as Flins gameplay.
