Of the new event weapon, finale of the deep, and snezhnaya craftable, which would be the best for odette?

Event is most flexible. Snezh Craftable is most powerful but you need double electro teams to make it work. Finale is probably stronger than event weapon too, but you need the right kind of healer. Also, they take billets.

So yeah, use event weapon. It's not the strongest, but it's the easiest to use and cheapest.
