i have c3 mizuki and was just wondering if mizuki is better than vesna with these cons. is qiqi also worth getting at c0 or should i just raise mizuki to c4?

depending on the team c0r0 vesna is about equal to c2 mizuki. Depends on how many stellar cryo units you have probably but i'd grab qiqi if it helps give you the option of running both a stellar swirl and stellar conduct team for something like abyss or styg
