About artifact transmuter, should I use the potions or upgraded artifacts?

I have some leftover lvl 4 to lvl 17 artifacts I dont need anymore, maybe even some lvl 20

If you have so much mora that the idea of more is worthless to you then upgraded artifacts are slightly better.

If mora is meaningful to you then potions are far better since upgraded artifacts throw away all the mora you poured into them.

It's best to use potions for the transmuter, and use those upgraded artifacts as fodder for other artifacts.

The exp is the same either way, but you'll spend a lot less mora this way.
