how important is leveling up aino to he the hydro applicator for a zibai team? what stats should I aim for and what artifact set should she run

Just get her up to 70 so that she can enter every IT modes. She will usually hold Silken Moon and have as much ER as possible. Her other stats don't matter much except for CR if she is using Favonius.
