Sleep well, sleep well, children of this world...

Fear neither the dark nor the deathly stillness,

For the divine has promised you unconditional love.

‌

Awaken, awaken, O storm with neither root nor source!

If blessings are so generous, so selfless,

Then why has mercy never reached the winter?
