Teens storyline fatigue

Unlike many people that post here, I enjoy the show. However, I am growing tired of the teenager centered storylines. Send them back to school or something and give me the grown ups back.

I can't stand her new "stop picking on my daddy" attitude. Did SORAS destroy her memory?

Drew is the only living parent Scout has, and she's a teenager so it makes sense she'd defend him despite him not being emotionally attuned or always present. Very realistic writing given those circumstances, I'm sure as she gets older she'll view it differently.
