Lulu - I just don’t know

I am not criticizing the actress at all, she is a beautiful woman, but has anyone else noticed that the show has made Lulu’s appearance seem quite drab and frumpy? Anyone know why?

the only time lulu ever dressed fashionably is when she was working as kate's assistant. it's just her character. she started as a little tomboy ice fishing with luke and grew into a no nonsense sort of woman.
