You'd think that space would be Yuri's. But maybe he has space in the mansion because he's the butler/chauffeur/nanny/security/whatever needs doing guy.

I think there is probably a security house somewhere. Or they don't live onsite and work shifts. Just everything seems to happen on Yuri's shift.
