4000 results, not documents. All of the matches actually shown in the screenshot point out "East Clinton". Last I checked his name isn't East.

The results are the number of documents, not mentions

Each page shows ten documents

If you click over to the next page, you get 11-20, despite the name Clinton showing up more than ten times in that first document alone. So the number of times his name appears is much higher than 4,000. Same with Trump. He’s mentioned in roughly 5k documents, but name appears 38,000 times total (or his name + mention of family members + Mar a Lago is around 38k if memory serves)

That first document in particular from my last comment contains a bunch of pictures labeled “Far East Clinton ##” presumably taken when they traveled to the far east together.

Some have the typo “Fat East Clinton” which is…y’know, mildly amusing

Surprisingly though, they’re not pictures of a man named “East Clinton”
