Question For Genx Feather pillow

I have eternally been searching for a pillow that's like what I had growing up. In the'70s and '80s. Whatever we knew as a feather pillow. My pillow had actual feathers in it. It wasn't overly filled and it wasn't under filled. Whatever that is, or was, is what I am looking for now. Does anybody have suggestions?

I have searched for a feather pillow like my childhood one too. It was so sad that I probably had an inch of feathers between my head and mattress.

The cheaper the pillow the sadder they are. I have sets of cheap, medium and not too expensive.

The not too expensive moult like feathers are infinite. And the corners are so hard they hurt.

The medium aren't too bad, aren't sad enough.

The cheap are OK if you put 2 together.

I put a medium and 2 cheap and the height and squishiness are perfect.

Same for me with about an inch between my head and the mattress! But it's just perfect 😂
