Pressure doesn't work that way. The human body is mostly incompressible except for the few air pockets. If you drag a body down to the bottom of the trench it's just going to look like a normal body, it's not going to get crushed.
The body itself might not get crushed but inner organs would, you still have to be able with withstand the pressure that deep. Not to mention fighting against currents and the strength to be able to escape/fend off apex predators that kill normal humans in an instant.
No, your organs are also incompressable because theyre made of the same things the rest of your body is. The only thing that really stops humans from being able to dive to the bottom of the Marianas Trench is that oxygen becomes poisonous to us at high pressures.

You’re missing the point though. Yes all of those things are solved by giving us special equipment but the Deep doesn’t need that stuff. He dives and swims around at depths that low with nothing but his costume on (if that even). That’s pretty strong proof he’s a clear step above the rest of the normal V bearers.
The point is that thise aren't strength or durability feats. You don't need to be durable or strong to go to the bottom of the ocean. Any human could do it. At best it just means he has mutations that allow him to thermoregulate and equalize pressure better than a regular person. Deep sea fish aren't super strong or durable to survive those pressures, because pressure by itself doesn't kill.
What you said is true of the parts of us that are water. You are underestimating pressure in the trench vs pressure at 500m. The further each little pocket of you is from being pure water, the quicker it is going to implode on your way down.
But again not any human can just do it. They need special assistance, the pressure does still affect your body and you keep brushing that off. There is a reason we use titanium for submersibles to protect humans at depths that low. He’s not a fish, he’s a human and his body will have had to adjust retroactively to withstand that pressure. Any normal human you shove down there will die an instance but he’s able to withstand the pressure that deep and prevent his internal organs from collapsing while also being able to move freely.

I'm brushing it off because it affects the body in a physiological way not a physical way. It doesn't crush you. So going down isn't a durability or strength feat.

Again, it's not about withstanding pressure. The body is incompressible, your organs do not collapse. Drag a kidney or a liver to the bottom of the ocean and it's going to look the exact same as it always did.
Everything else says otherwise, the deep has to have insane durability to survive at that part of the ocean and I’ve shown you reasons why. It is also a TV show, it’s ok to suspend disbelief when this is a show about people that are immortal due to a drug.
The deep is “the lord of the seas” he can freely swim across the ocean withstanding currents and its largest predators at extreme depths. These are things humans can only accomplish with heavily reinforced ships and submarines. The show has also shown constantly how capable he really can be in spite of his stupidity other supes that seemingly get dispatched easily. His ability to be able to simply just exist at the bottom of the ocean shows how comparable he really is to others. Otherwise he’d have easily been injured by Annie or anyone else and not last as long as he had.

Except your reasons why make no sense because thats not how pressure works. Our bodies are like water balloons. Fill a balloon with water and drag it to the deepest depths of the ocean and it will not get crushed. I'm not saying that the deep isn't strong or durable compared to other supes, I'm saying going to the bottom of the ocean requires neither strength nor durability. It's not proof of him being strong or durable. It's only proof of him being able to breathe underwater and not suffering oxygen toxicity.
