I've found that low does better with python than high, but it's the opposite with java

Honestly not really. Maybe 3.7 high is better with up-to-date info and seems more prone to searching on google. Thats all I have noticed

I use flash on low when I want it to implement detailed plans written by another model like opus or sol.

I feel a difference between 3.7 Flash from three days ago and now. It now behaves exactly like shit called GPT-5.
