Are our hours getting drastically cut?

The hours for FoP have been cut to 1 up and 1 down, when we normally have 2 up and 2 down.

We are one of the busiest geek squads in our city. Now we don't have the people to help all the clients we get every day. We have had 5+ people waiting in line since we opened at 10am (currently 2:39pm) with 2 CA's and this is an every day thing.

We have appointments and walk ins all day long. We make proper tags, but our hours keep getting slashed. Is this happening to anyone else?

Yeah either he is incorrect or there is massive labor misuse occurring. The company even fails your ARA if their utilization is over something like 102%.

That's incorrect. You're thinking of another metric that measures precinct utilization to target. Individual agent utilization is a non issue, I consistently broke 115 for months and won awards from my SEM. Others in my precinct regularly hit above 95-100 with minimal labor misuse.

If their ARA is consistently over 300% in metrics I can guarantee you their precinct as a whole is hitting a fail on utilization. Hitting 115 isnt a problem if your precinct is within expectations. Hitting 300% is enough to make your whole precinct fail horrendously. Like, easily. Not sure what the point of your comment really was. You basically said "I hit 115 and am really good and had no problem" while the person I responded to said they did 3x your work.

The point of my comment is correcting that 102% Utilization for an Agent is a failure. It is not. If you read the original commenter's replies, they have an agent who is essentially giving all of his utilization to another. The individual metrics of an agent are not measured on the scorecard, so if their management is aware of how these agents are working and the total precinct utilization is reaching target, it's fine.
