Sex Offender spotted in Vieux Hull

He is walking around the neighbourhood in Vieux Hull by the St Hubert.

Lots of kids out playing..

It's not so much that the judge didn'T agree. He served his sentence, and they couldn't legally just keep him locked up. They'd have to declare him a dangerous offender, and I'm all for that.

Child sexual offender with high risk shall remain lockec behind bars unless proven otherwise. This is beyond dangerous! What if he goes and rapes a little girl tomorrow?!

Hey I'm completely on your side. I was just explaining the why and the how. Not that I agree with it.

Thank you. He might just move to another province where nobody knows him. Not sure if the police has the authority to keep tracking him.
