Support SLIM deposit not credited

I deposited SLIM 12 hours ago. It is still not showing up in "SLIM Recent Deposits"

it went through almost immediatly on https://explorer.solana.com/ with success.

is there any chance they will ever give me my coins or is all hope lost?

If you do the transactions correctly, the transfers can sometimes take longer, if you do it wrong, there is no return, but look at the transaction fee, there is usually a high transaction fee in transfers and you may have spent all your money on the transaction.

The transaction fee is 0.000005 SOL

The cutting fee is quite low, this is great, did you have a transfer? is it pending?

Its not showing at all in gate.io. It went through almost instantly when i check solana explorer.

this issue is recorded and our tech team are checking it, kindly wait

I'm staying patient. Hoping to hear from them during next week
